ODC ships items directly from Nairobi or Mombasa using various reputable courier companies to get items to the customer. Amongst these are EMS, Fargo, G4S, NTL, Data Rush, and Silver. All the mention courier companies are 3rd party entities and ODC bears no responsibility for their handling, behaviour, paperwork and policies. However, ODC will always ensure integrity is maintained by any 3rd party entity.
Delivery period can vary between (but not limited to) 1-3 working days depending on location, courier used and road conditions, though most courier companies have proven reliability over the years to deliver parcels in a timely manner.
We encourage customers to be very clear with delivery address, add any helpful location / landmark information and always include a reachable phone and mobile number. This ensures that there are no delays related to erroneous information.
Very rarely do parcels go missing or are damaged. If you receive a parcel that is open, incomplete, has damaged packaging or addressed incorrectly, please take digital photos and email us on sales@odc.co.ke referencing your online order reference.
