1. Product images do not necessarily correspond to the actual product. The manufacturer may change the look or packaging of a product without prior notice. ODC will not bear any responsibility for a product that looks different from the image posted on this website, as long as the specifications match.
2. From time to time, a product may have run out of stock. In this instance, ODC will contact you with the proposal for a suitable upgrade at the same or nearly the same cost as the original product chosen.
3. We do not condone piracy nor do we hold copy CD’s for any software. Please do not expect anything extra to be loaded onto a new PC/Laptop unless it is a free license or free for distribution. Examples of such programs include: Windows Live, Skype, Acrobat Reader, Java Platform, Yahoo Messenger, etc.
4. Equipment will be shipped in it’s original packaging and if necessary with additional pacjaging material. We cannot take responsibility for breakages or loss.
5. Prices published are correct and include local taxes (where applicable) at the time of updating this website. From time to time, certain product lines may experience shortage or price hikes. This information will be communicated back in a timely manner.
6. Returns and Refunds. By law, you are allowed to return any item within 14 days of date of invoice. Terms and conditions of return:
a. all packaging material must be intact;
b. all accessories / consumables (toner/cartridge) must be unopened and in its original packing;
c. activated software, opened cartridges, toners, ribbons, batteries and any consumable are excluded from this return policy;
d. only unused items can be returned;
e. return courier to be paid by customer;
f. refund will only be issued upon safe and intact receipt of item(s) meeting one or all of (but not limited to) the above condition(s);
g. printers once opened and powered on cannot be returned;
h. a 15% handling cost will be deducted from the cost of the item during refund;
i. courier charges are not refundable.
7. Cartridge and Toner volume. All manufacturers bid to make a number of page claim on toners and cartridges. This number is purely an average calculated on amount of ink coverage on a page. ODC only stocks and supplies genuine products that carry warranty. However, we cannot take any responsibility for fewer (or more) page output from any specified product.
