All products and services sold at ODC carry some warranty / guarantee. Additionally, ODC can help process warranty claims for products purchased elsewhere.
Every product falls within a unique warranty class. For example, most laptop and desktop computers are supplied with 1/1/0 warranty, whereby the cover can be summarised as: 1st year hardware cover, 1st year labour covered and 0 onsite and software. Toners, cartridges and ribbons come with a 3 month warranty.
When a product that is classified with life time warranty fails, an amount of vetting will be performed before acceptance of warranty. The vetting process covers establishing of power condition at the time of failure, rate of usage, overuse, abuse, MTBF (mean time before failure), accidental damage and so on.
Repair work carries 3 months warranty against workmanship and parts replaced.
